Packing Executive – Job ResponsibilitiesPick jewellery items according to customer orders and verify the product code, quantity and design.
Check each item for damage, missing stones, scratches or finishing issues before packing.
Pack jewellery safely using pouches, boxes, bubble wrap and protective materials.
Include invoices, warranty cards, care cards and promotional inserts as required.
Attach correct shipping labels and confirm the customer’s name, address and order number.
Coordinate with the inventory and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
Maintain accurate records of packed, pending, cancelled and dispatched orders.
