EligibilityAge: Below 35 years
Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in Home Loans, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Field Sales (Freshers with solid sales aptitude may also apply)
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business for Home Loans through open market sourcing, field visits, referrals, builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
Identify prospective customers and explain home loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
Meet monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Collect and verify KYC, income, and property documents from customers.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and referral partners.
Conduct field marketing activities,



customer meetings, loan camps, and lead generation campaigns.
Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented with a passion for field sales.
Basic knowledge of Home Loan and Mortgage products.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
