Job Responsibilities:
Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Mount solar panels, inverters, and electrical equipment.
Perform DC and AC wiring as per safety standards.
Test, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
Carry out maintenance and repair of solar installations.
Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Coordinate with the project supervisor and maintain installation records.
Requirements:
ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in solar installation (freshers with electrical knowledge may also apply).
Knowledge of electrical wiring and solar PV systems.
Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment.
Willingness to travel for installation projects.
Valid driving licence is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Overtime + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives.
