Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing accounts, GST, TDS, banking, and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
GST & Tax CompliancePrepare and file GST returns.
Perform GST reconciliation with GSTR-2B and purchase records.
Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely deductions.
Assist in Income Tax and statutory compliance.
Banking & FinancePerform daily bank reconciliation.
Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI payments.
Maintain cash book and petty cash records.
Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
Billing & DocumentationGenerate tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records.




Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding payment-related queries.
Inventory & Manufacturing AccountsVerify stock valuation and inventory records.
Coordinate with stores and production departments.
Prepare production cost reports and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor raw material and finished goods accounting.
Financial ReportingPrepare monthly MIS reports.
Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Generate management reports as required.
Experience2–5 years of accounting experience.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred KnowledgeManufacturing accounting.
Inventory accounting.
Bank reconciliation.
Costing and MIS reporting.
E-way Bill and E-Invoice generation.
