Role Description The Design Sales Specialist (Interior Industry Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior design requirements, and presenting tailored design and product solutions that align with their budget and style. The specialist will prepare and explain proposals, coordinate design presentations with the design team, and follow up consistently to close sales. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients,



ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the project lifecycle, and providing feedback to improve sales processes and design offerings. The role also involves participating in training sessions, staying updated on interior design trends and materials, and representing SpazioLiv in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to handle leads, negotiate, and achieve sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients through the design process and support team knowledge sharing.
Relevant experience in interior design sales or the home interiors industry is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Pune Division, with robust interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Comfort with basic design terminology, reading layout plans, and coordinating with designers and project teams.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, design, or a related field preferred.
