Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (Delhi Candidates Preferred)

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹72,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to work remotely and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will identify hiring needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, track recruitment targets, and ensure timely hiring to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from the business.
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
Ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
Reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop for work from home.
