Speak with property owners, guards, tenants, or relevant contacts to collect property information.
Note down key details such as location, area, property type, asking price/rent, contact details, etc.
Take basic property photos/videos wherever required.
Share collected property details with the CRM / Inventory Team.
Maintain regular updates on surveyed areas and newly identified properties.
Build and continuously update the company's property inventory.
