Sales Manager (South) Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across South India. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in B2B sales, team management, and technical sales, preferably in lab equipment or industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute sales strategies for the South region.

· Achieve regional sales targets and increase market share.

· Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team.

· Build and maintain relationships with key customers.

· Generate new business through customer meetings and follow-ups.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable testing equipment.

· Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.





· Track sales performance and submit regular reports.

· Coordinate with production, service, and marketing teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements

· Proven experience in leading a sales team.

· Solid B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products or lab equipment.

· Valuable understanding of technical products and ability to explain them to customers.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth.

Non Negotiables:

· Experience in industrial/heavy machinery.

· Technical qualification/Knowledge in Engineering or a related field.

· Experience handling sales across South India.

· Must be willing to travel frequently to Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

· The first round of interviews will be conducted virtually. Shortlisted candidates will then attend a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Managers at the job location.
