Key Responsibilities:
Lead Traffic Incharges to drive truck procurement at best freight rates.
Build and manage relationships with existing and recent booking offices.
Maintain and engage a robust supply partner base for seamless matchmaking.
Ensure smooth operations through coordination with central teams.
Monitor vehicle tracking and resolve POD and payment-related issues.
Drive performance on truck placement, freight value, and margin targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Solid negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
