We are looking for a skilled Medical Lab Technician to perform laboratory testing, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate reporting of diagnostic results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory and a solid understanding of laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, and Immunology.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Record, validate, and report test results accurately using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality control, biosafety, and infection control protocols.
Monitor laboratory inventory and report equipment issues when required.

Requirements




Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
Knowledge of laboratory equipment, quality standards, and clinical laboratory procedures.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
