We are looking for a Sales & Conversion Executive responsible for converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert them into sales
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
Follow up regularly to close deals
Maintain lead data and update CRM
Achieve monthly sales and conversion target
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred)
0–3 years experience in sales/conversion/tele-calling
Robust communication & convincing skills
Target-driven and confident personality
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
