Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products as per quality standards.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments
(e.g., Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges).
Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or defects.
Maintain inspection records, reports, and rejection logs accurately.
Ensure that only quality-approved products move to the next production stage or dispatch.
Support the production team in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies and safety standards.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in regular training and audits related to quality control.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments.
Understanding of ISO standards and quality documentation.
Basic GD&T; Knowledge
Soft Skills:
Solid attention to detail.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Time management and reporting accuracy.
