CLV Production is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative management while working in a dynamic and creative setting.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and maintain communication records.
Manage employee attendance and maintain HR documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and team events.
Prepare reports and maintain employee databases.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
