Job Requirements

The purpose of the role is to proactively lead and manage engineering projects within the aerospace manufacturing environment by coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
Proactively plan, execute, and track aerospace manufacturing projects to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
Lead cross‑functional coordination across design, production, quality, and supply chain functions to ensure aligned and effective project execution
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.




Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical and project-related issues.

Precision machining process.
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent
Solid understanding of aerospace materials, processes, and systems
