Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for end to end Hiring and recruitment Management.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
On-board recent employees.
Take Induction for Current hires.
Handle Employee Grievance.




Payroll reports generation.
Business Communication.
Retention and Exit interviews.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Conducting fun activities, sports, camps.

Requirements
The candidate should have held a minimum of 1 to 2 yrs in a Human Resource position in market research.
Should be target and number driven.
Proven salary negotiation skills
