Job Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for handling a team and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role includes managing team performance, achieving targets, and maintaining quality and discipline in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the team to achieve daily targets.
Allocate work and monitor team performance.
Ensure productivity, quality, and accuracy of tasks.
Train and guide current employees.
Maintain attendance, discipline, and team coordination.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management.
Identify issues and resolve them quickly.
Ensure safety guidelines and company policies are followed.

Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team handling skills.
Valuable communication and coordination ability.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / reporting).
Ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
