We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our International Voice team at Climax BPM. The role involves interacting with customers from the UK and Australia, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience through effective communication.
Responsibilities
Handle outbound communication with international customers (UK & Australia).
Understand customer needs and qualify leads.
Maintain skilled and transparent communication at all times.
Handle queries and objections in a solution-oriented manner.
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Work towards assigned performance and conversion targets.
Requirements
Robust verbal communication skills in English (required).
Comfortable interacting with international customers.
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Up to 1 year of experience in international voice/telesales preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
