Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional skills training for students
Conduct engaging training sessions on a range of skilled, workplace, and career readiness competencies
Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback
Develop training content, activities, assessments, and learning resources
Manage daily attendance and support the planning and execution of training events
Collaborate with placement and academic teams

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Soft Skills, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
