Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA/PGDM students.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate students through examinations, projects, and presentations.
Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends.
Mentor students for internships, placements, dissertations, and live projects.
Publish research papers and participate in FDPs, workshops, and conferences.
Build industry collaborations for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.

Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in a relevant specialization.
Ph.D. preferred or pursuing Ph.D. is an added advantage.
3–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
Prior MBA/PG teaching experience is preferred.

Required Skills
Solid subject knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with case-based and experiential teaching methods.
Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
