We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Software Engineer with hands-on experience in DILAX Software and a solid understanding of Sales and Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software implementation, system support, data analysis, and assisting the business development team with technical solutions and customer presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain DILAX Software and related systems.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
Analyze system data and generate reports for management and clients.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Support business development activities through technical expertise.
Monitor software performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure timely resolution of software-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation of projects, system configurations, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working with DILAX Software.
Positive understanding of software implementation and technical support.
Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and report generation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and project implementation.
