Experience Required

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in the mattress industry. Candidates with experience in mattress manufacturing, sleep products, foam, furniture, or home furnishing companies will be given preference.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in the mattress industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealer and distributor management, channel sales, business development, and achieving aggressive sales targets. The candidate must have an established network of dealers and distributors across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase mattress sales.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
Expand the company's dealer network and market presence.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Build robust relationships with distributors, retailers, architects, hotels, hospitals,



and institutional buyers.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer support teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market analysis.
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy business relationships.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of the mattress and sleep products market.
Excellent dealer and distributor management skills.

Proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
