Job Description

The Marketing Officer is responsible for generating quality lead sources within the assigned hotspot or branch circle through the creation of the Silver Envoys Membership Program. This role focuses on field marketing, lead generation, relationship building, and business development activities. It does not involve direct sales closures.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification: BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant sales/marketing experience

Required Skills
Lead Generation: Ability to independently identify, source, qualify, and pursue leads.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and follow-ups.
Marketing & Business Development: Relationship building, networking, market awareness, and customer engagement.
Time Management: Robust planning, organization, and reporting skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field visits.
Ability to create and maintain solid relationships with Silver Envoys.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and create Silver Envoys within the assigned hotspot/branch circle.Training
The first 10 working days will be dedicated to induction, product training,



and showroom visits.
From the 11th working day onwards, the Marketing Officer will begin outdoor visits for Silver Envoy creation and lead generation.

Targets
Targets commence from the second month.
Create 3 Silver Envoys per day (approximately 75 Silver Envoys per month).
Generate 1 Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) per day.
Generate a minimum of 18 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) every month.
Ensure Silver Envoys remain the primary and consistent source of lead generation.
Share qualified leads daily with the Silver Envoy Manager at the Head Office.
Maintain accurate records of Silver Envoys, leads, and daily field activities.
Build long-term relationships with referral partners to strengthen the lead network.

Incentives

Performance incentives will be paid after the sale is successfully closed by the Client Manager using leads generated by the Marketing Officer.
