Job Responsibilities
Handle premium (VIP) customers with a professional approach.
Provide excellent customer support and relationship management.
Assist members throughout their matchmaking journey.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and achieve performance targets.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
Matrimonial industry experience is the first preference.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide quality service.
