We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to drive growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients
Deliver effective product demos and presentations
Manage the end-to-end sales/demo process
Initiate and streamline processes, including creating systems and documentation for demos
Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Requirements:
Solid communication and presentation skills
Positive demo delivery skills
Understanding of process setup and documentation
Experience in HR software sales will be a plus
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
