A Property Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, online portals, and site visits.
Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Arrange and conduct property site visits.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
Follow up with potential customers until the sale is closed.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
Negotiate deals and finalize bookings.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and recent property launches.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Required Skills

Qualification
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).
