Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Sumedhas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining solid communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews and share meeting links with candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and updates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT or technical recruitment (added advantage)
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
