Samkids International Preschool is a leading early childhood education institution committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. We are looking for a agile and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool and ensure excellence across all branches.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Samkids preschool centres from the Head Office.
Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards across all branches.
Coordinate with Centre Heads to monitor admissions, staffing, attendance, infrastructure, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Conduct regular branch visits to review operations, compliance, and service quality.
Support current centre setup, expansion, and operational improvements.
Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports for the management.
Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, recruitment support, onboarding,



and staff performance follow-ups.
Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and facility requirements across centres.
Address escalated parent concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Plan and coordinate school events, marketing activities, and special initiatives with branch teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all locations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration.
Experience in preschool, school, or education management is preferred.
Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
