Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven international Sales Executive to generate sales through digital platforms, manage customer inquiries, and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, experience with online marketplaces and social media, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, social media, company website, and online marketplaces.
Generate recent sales leads through digital marketing, social media, and B2B platforms.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Prepare and share quotations, product catalogs,



and pricing with customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
