Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Couple Coordinator to manage and support couples throughout their journey with our services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and a positive experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage interactions with couples from onboarding to service completion
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned couples
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of client details and communications
Address client queries and provide timely updates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery




Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Any degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle situations with patience and empathy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
