Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at the site. The candidate should be capable of handling workers, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and workflow
Manage and guide workers/labour efficiently
Ensure work is completed on time with proper quality
Maintain discipline and safety standards at the site
Coordinate with management and provide daily progress reports
Monitor material usage and basic record keeping

Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role
Basic knowledge of site operations / construction / crusher work
Positive leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle team and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:
Problem-solving attitude
Time management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
