Interior Site Supervisor – Fit-Out (Commercial Projects)

Location: Greater Kailash-I, Current Delhi (Sites across NCR)

Job Description

We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution of commercial interior projects such as cafés, salons, clinics, and retail spaces. This is a site-based role requiring robust coordination with labor, vendors, and designers to ensure timely and quality completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior fit-out work at project sites
Coordinate with labor, vendors, contractors, and designers
Track material usage and inform purchase/accounts team
Maintain site discipline, quality standards, and safety
Share daily site updates, photos, and worker attendance
Collect and submit purchase bills and manual receipts




Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth execution

Eligibility
Minimum 1 year experience in interior site supervision / fit-out work
Valuable knowledge of interior materials, finishes & basic drawings
Ability to handle labor teams independently
Honest, punctual, and regular in reporting
Flexible with site timings as per work requirement
