Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day electrical installation work at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and the internal project team.
Monitor/hiring manpower and managing materials, and project progress.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of work.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in industrial/commercial electrical projects.
Ability to read electrical drawings and BOQs.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
