Job Title: Manager – Real Estate

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Qualification:
+2 (Higher Secondary), Graduation, or MBA
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or MBA will be preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales and business operations.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare sales reports and monitor team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Skills Required:
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of the real estate market.
Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
