Senior Web Designer – Job Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of up-to-date, responsive websites
Create high-quality UI/UX designs for websites, landing pages, and web applications
Develop creative website concepts aligned with brand identity and business goals
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys
Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and clients to execute projects effectively
Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and user-focused
Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and branding across projects
Review and improve existing websites for better performance and user experience
Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and industry standards
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Guide junior designers and provide creative direction when required
Optimize website layouts for speed, usability,



and conversions
Conduct website testing for browser compatibility and responsive performance
Work with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress, Shopify is an added advantage

Preferred Skills
Solid creative and visual design skills
Expertise in UI/UX principles and responsive web design
Experience in corporate, eCommerce, and custom website projects
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle clients and understand project requirements

Experience
4+ years of experience in Web Design/UI-UX Design preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
