Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)

Salary:
Freshers – ₹16000 In-Hand
Experienced Candidates – Up to ₹21,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)

JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring Telecaller Executives responsible for handling customer queries and providing support, giving information about product and service.
Candidates should be customer-focused and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls or support channels
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
Update customer interaction details in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum HSC Pass (Graduates Preferred)




Basic computer knowledge required
Positive customer handling attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
