Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
Qualify prospective customers and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or discussions for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term business opportunities.
Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT Infrastructure products and solutions.
Manage the complete inside sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal coordination and closure support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate closely with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT Infrastructure technologies.
Follow up with prospects regularly and nurture leads to maximize conversion opportunities.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Solid negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B Sales.
Hands-on experience in selling IT Infrastructure products and solutions (Servers, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Backup, Security, Data Center Solutions, etc.) is mandatory.
Familiarity with lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
