We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Junior Counselor with 1 to 2 years of experience in overseas education. The candidate will guide students on international education prospects and support them throughout their study-abroad journey.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on courses, universities, and study destinations
Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals
Provide guidance on admission requirements and application steps
Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins
Follow up with prospective students and keep in touch regularly
Assist students with documentation and application processes
Coordinate with universities and internal teams when needed
Maintain student records and update lead status
Support education fairs, seminars, and student awareness sessions
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in overseas education or study-abroad counseling
Good knowledge of international education destinations and admission processes
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Robust counseling, follow-up, and relationship management skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Bachelor’s degree preferred
