Job Summary:-

Nakodas Group of Industry Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (QC) to ensure that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company's quality standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-
Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
Conduct routine quality checks during production and maintain inspection records.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company quality policies.
Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations or non-conformities.
Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment, testing instruments, and calibration records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Assist during internal, external, and regulatory quality audits.




Ensure proper documentation of quality records and product traceability.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality

Required Qualifications:-
B.Sc. | MSC (Food Technology or related field)
Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or Quality Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:-
1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in the Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and practical training may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
