Job Title: Placement Officer

Qualification:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in placement, recruitment, or career services is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.

Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.

Identify recent placement prospects for students.

Schedule and manage interviews, job fairs, and employer interactions.

Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness.

Maintain placement records, student databases, and recruitment reports.

Follow up with employers regarding interview feedback and hiring status.

Collaborate with academic teams to improve students' employability.





Achieve placement targets and ensure high employer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per hour
