Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Mohali
Department: Production / Operations
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and productive Data Entry Operator to accurately enter and maintain production-related data in the company's software. The ideal candidate should possess valuable typing speed, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure data accuracy. Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update production-related data into the ERP/software system accurately.
Maintain daily production records and ensure timely data entry.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Generate and maintain production reports as required.
Coordinate with the Production and Stores departments for data verification.
Identify and rectify data discrepancies promptly.
Maintain proper documentation and records of production activities.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.




Support the team with other administrative and data management tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of ERP/software data entry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualification
Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with production processes and production data management.
