ounsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admissions, and career prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Assist students throughout the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
Explain course details, fee structures, scholarships, and payment options.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
Organize and participate in admission events, education fairs, seminars, and campus visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Prepare admission reports and maintain student documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
