We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and finance activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconcile bank statements, cash collections, and payment records.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with restaurant operations teams for billing and expense tracking.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance.
Freshers with robust accounting knowledge can apply.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar is an advantage.
