Business Development (Retail Projects & Expansion)

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current retail store locations.
Manage retail expansion and current store opening projects.
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and mall management for leasing and commercial discussions.
Oversee fit-out execution and store launch timelines.
Handle lease agreements, legal documentation, and approvals.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
5 - 15 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Retail Projects, or Business Development.
Experience in location acquisition, retail leasing, and fit-out coordination.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
