Job Title: Business Development Manager (Luxury Jewellery Retail)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive retail expansion, sales growth, and operational excellence in the luxury jewellery segment.
The ideal candidate will lead store launches, manage retail operations, build strategic partnerships, and enhance customer experience across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify recent store locations and drive retail expansion.
Oversee store operations, inventory, and team performance.
Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams.
Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
Drive sales growth, customer engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
Monitor market trends,



competitors, and identify recent business opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in retail business development, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion.
Experience in launching and managing multiple retail stores.
Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a strategic business mindset.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
