Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the recruitment function and support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and building a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, interview, and coordinate the hiring process.
Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
Support other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a quick-paced environment.
