Identify, acquire, and onboard recent B2B clients including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate buyers.

Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.

Expand the dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.

Generate current business opportunities through market visits, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Sales & Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with customers.

Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events across India.

Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and dealer engagement programs.

Gather market intelligence on customer preferences,



competitor activities, and pricing trends.

Channel & Dealer Management

Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

Monitor dealer performance and provide support to increase sales.

Implement trade marketing initiatives and incentive programs.

Resolve dealer and customer issues promptly.

Sales Operations

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans.

Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer databases.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for timely order execution and payment collections.

Submit regular sales MIS, market reports, and business performance updates.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.

Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive team productivity.

Conduct training sessions for channel partners and internal sales teams when required.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
