We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. To join the company's founding team as a founding member, the ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, capable of creating engaging content for social media and digital platforms, able to deliver high-quality edits, have a growth mindset, and be willing to participate in key decision-making meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for every creative made and take leadership
Edits that you will be working on short-form and long-form videos for social media, podcasts, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, and branding elements to videos.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual content.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and brand guidelines.




Manage multiple projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.

Requirements
Professional video editing experience.
Robust proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
Experience editing social media content, reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, and promotional videos.
Knowledge in marketing
Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video compression techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills
Good communication
Valuable knowledge in marketing
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement.
Experience working with agencies, creators, or brands.
