We are looking for a creative, confident, and energetic Content Creator cum Presenter & Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos, presenting educational and promotional content, managing social media channels, and driving audience engagement through cutting-edge content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Presentation
Create engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Present educational, promotional, and informational content confidently on camera.
Develop content ideas aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
Assist in script preparation and content planning for videos and digital campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms.
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Track trends and suggest content ideas to increase reach and engagement.
Branding & Marketing Support
Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
Analyze content performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional content when required.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Confident on-camera presence and presentation skills.
Robust understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Creativity in developing engaging content ideas.
Basic knowledge of video recording and editing tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in content creation, presenting, social media management, or digital marketing.
Experience in educational, training, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
