Lead generation and prospecting: Finding recent potential customers through cold calls, emails, networking, and market research.
Client relationship management: Building and maintaining robust relationships with recent and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales and product demonstration: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers, often tailoring pitches to meet their specific needs.
Negotiation and closing: Negotiating contracts, prices, and packages to finalize sales and achieve sales targets.
Sales cycle management:



Overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
Record keeping: Maintaining accurate client and sales records, often using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Performance tracking: Monitoring sales progress and generating regular reports on performance, often on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Market awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Event participation: Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
