We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and our D2C website. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in marketplace management, sales growth, digital marketing, catalog management, pricing, inventory planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, IndustryBuying, Moglix, ToolsVilla, and other marketplaces.
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, profitability, and market share.
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, Buy Box performance, and customer experience.
Plan and optimize pricing, promotions, coupons, deals, and campaign calendars.
Manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and digital marketing performance.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain inventory availability and reduce stock-outs.
Improve product listings, SEO, A+ Content, Brand Store, and catalog quality.
Analyze business reports and prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS dashboards.
Drive current product launches and category expansion.
Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with finance for reconciliations, settlements, and profitability analysis.
Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team and assign daily KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and customer support teams to improve overall business performance.
Identify current marketplace opportunities and business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and seller performance metrics.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
